The ryokan sits on the shore of Lake Chuzenji, a 14-minute walk from Kegon Falls and 1000 ft from Chūzen-ji Temple. A free shuttle service from Tobu Nikko Station and JR Nikko Station is available with advance notice, and the closest bus stop (Chuzenji Yubinkyoku) is a 2-minute walk away. Paid on-site parking is provided for guests arriving by car.
